Love Removes Selfishness

Selfishness makes us smaller, more protective and unwilling to share. Such small-mindedness impedes our ability for real success.

But when our dreams are for the benefit of others, they have intrinsic power to turn water to wine (happiness and satisfaction), and sawdust to gold (wealth without greed).

Motivated to help others, there’s always a favor, a blessing, a reward awaiting us. I read that Oprah Winfrey, one of the wealthiest women in the world, began with the desire to make the lives of others a bit better through the means of television. She has demonstrated that giving to others is what dreams are made of. The more she gave, the more it returned to her in personal satisfaction and in great wealth.
