How Fear Opposes Love
Continued from yesterday…
One way to better understand love is by contrasting it with fear.
While love is the equivalent of one or unity, fear is the equivalent of two, or separation.
Fear originates in the mind as thoughts that are not cognizant of the union we share. It’s a toxic energy, or perhaps even more succinctly, an emotional pain you experience when you are unaware of unconditional love.
The separation that the mind perceives through the five senses gives rise to the concept of me and them. The consequence of this apparent separation is fear.
